Terms and Conditions

1. Payment of invoice in full is required within 72 hours to secure your booking.
2. Failure to pay on or before deadline date will result in the booking being cancelled.
3. Only EFT’s / direct deposits into our bank account are accepted. No cheques or credit card facilities.
4. Banking details will be supplied on making the booking.
5. Minimum of 2 nights stay. Public Holiday/ School Holiday long weekends min. 3 night stay. Mid December to Mid January min 3 night stay.
     Christmas and New Year period has a minimum 4 night stay requirement.
6. Guest must please note that check in is from 2:30pm (please note that the main farm gate gets locked at 9pm).
7. Cottages must be vacated by 10am (Sundays – later departure if there are no incoming guests, to be arranged with the office prior to arrival))
8. All changes to reservations must take place in writing via email.
9. All visitors to Elandskloof do so at their own risk and the owners cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft or injury to persons,       possessions and vehicles.
10. Change of Pet Policy – please note that due to the loss of some of our poultry and a direct effect on our Blue Crane and wild duck       population, we can no longer entertain dogs on the premises.
